People who join the team should be courageous, pioneers, teachable, have an outward focus, be a team-player, and able to endure hardship.
We are looking for diverse gifts such as business men, evangelists, good disciple-makers, musicians, and administrators. Not everyone who is part of the church planting team needs to be ‘full-time’ working for the church. In fact it may be more helpful to have people in the workplace and studying but who relocate to help the church plant.
